They canceled the order even tho it's stated they open at 11am and making the order at 3pm waiting now on refund

I never got meal, I've paid for it, when asking where It was, I received a torrent of abuse, including sexual insults, so I probably won't be phoning again, I might be calling in,but not phoning😉
